This is the start of your Qigong Sensory Journey with your child.

Every start needs a defined starting point and so does your qigong-journey.

Today you are going to complete the following questionnaires for each child that you will be working on:

• SSRC - Sense and self-regulation questionnaire : which provides a sensory and developmental profile
• PS - Parenting Stress: measures the parenting burden of a special needs child

These forms are like those that were used by the Qigong Sensory Training Institute during their research. We found that these surveys not only helped with research, but can be a powerful “snapshot in time” for parents. 

We encourage you to complete these at the start of any program you wish to implement for your child and repeat at the end of a treatment.  You will find the information these surveys provide you to be infinitely valuable.

After completion, simply send your completed forms to this e-mail. Within 5 working days I will reply to you with a graph and some suggestions for your child.
