Over five months, you’ll work with your first case while receiving personalised clinical supervision and peer support.

✍🏻 Certification Requirements:
To receive your certification as a Qigong Sensory Therapist, you will need to:
✅ Successfully complete all 3 tracks: Foundation, Immersion and Integration
✅ Work with one family for at least 8 sessions during the Integration Track
✅ Complete pre- and post-testing with the family and participate in an exit interview
✅ Submit full case documentation, including observations and progress reports
✅ Show consistent application of QST principles in your client work
✅ Demonstrate your ability to adapt your treatment and respond to guidance received during supervision

Do I need to complete the Foundation and Immersion Tracks first?
Yes. The Integration Track is open to students who have completed both the Foundation and Immersion Tracks.
✅ If you’re a certified graduate and would like to refresh your skills or receive supervision for a new family, you are also welcome to register again -at half price.

How much time does it take?
Plan for about 1 hour per week to work with your assigned family.
In addition, you’ll need some time to submit your video recordings and send in your questions ahead of each supervision call.
Group supervision calls are typically 60 to 90 minutes long and take place twice a month.
What if I don’t have a client yet?
No worries. We’ll help you identify a suitable case - and you’ll receive clear guidance for intake and treatment setup.
In my experience, each student finds exactly the family that matches their level and need.
We’ll also share your request through our social media channels to help you connect with a family.
You won’t be doing this alone.
What if I miss a supervision call?
No problem — all supervision calls are recorded and shared with you in the online academy, so you can review them at your own pace.
That said, we really appreciate your live presence at at least 7 out of 10 calls, as the group dynamic and live feedback are an important part of the learning process.
Is this track also in Dutch or French?
Yes. Group supervision and support are in English, but questions and written reports may be submitted in Dutch or French. Coaching support is multilingual.
How is certification granted?
You’ll receive certification after completing the Integration Track, which includes:
Finishing your supervised case
Submitting your full documentation
Demonstrating your ability to apply QST principles effectively
Completing the course evaluation form
Submitting a short testimonial about your experience
What happens after I’m certified?
You become part of our certified therapist network - with continued access to support, our private WhatsApp group and future retreat (at no additional cost) and supervision opportunities (at half price).
What are the cancellation terms?
In the event of cancellation 30 calendar days before the start of the retreat, a fixed cancellation fee of 10% (excl. VAT) will be charged. In the event of cancellation between 15 and 30 calendar days before the courses starting date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total training fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made between 3 and 14 calendar days before the course starts, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost. If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the starting date, the full amount of the course is due.
