Do I need to complete the Foundation Track first?
Yes. The Immersion Track builds directly on the theory and framework taught in the Foundation Track. To participate, you must have completed the Foundation course beforehand.
Your theoretical knowledge will be assessed through a short written exam on the first day of the retreat.
If needed, you’ll have the opportunity to retake the exam later during the retreat.
Where does the training take place?
The retreat takes place at De Verscholen Tuin, a quiet and beautiful centre in Antwerp.

What are the daily hours?
Training runs from 10:00 to 17:00 each day. On the final day (Friday), we finish earlier at 14:00.
Is accommodation or food included?
No, accommodation and meals are not included in the course fee. We’ll send you recommendations for nearby places to stay and eat.
When the group is large enough, we will arrange a shared lunch option prepared on site. You’ll be informed about this in due time. This lunch is optional and not included in the training fee.
What if I can’t attend all five days?
No panic - life happens. If you need to miss a day, you’ll be supported.
You’ll receive access to recordings of the retreat afterwards, and I’ll do my utmost to help you catch up.
You’ll be fine if you need to skip one day.
That said, to get the most out of the hands-on experience, it’s ideal to attend the full retreat. If something comes up, don’t hesitate to reach out - we’ll explore solutions together.
I'm not very fluent in English, can I ask questions in another language?
Yes, absolutely. While the main instruction is in English, you’re welcome to ask questions in Dutch or French during the retreat.
We also have assistants who speak German, Italian and Portuguese.
Please let us know in advance if you prefer support in one of these languages, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
I want to certify, but there’s no way I can join the retreat live. What now?
That’s not ideal - but there is a way around it.
You still need to register for the retreat as usual and then contact us for further planning and details.
You’ll receive all retreat recordings, take your theoretical exam online and schedule a practical Zoom exam. During this session, you’ll demonstrate your Qigong massage skills on a family member or friend.
We’ll make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
How many people will be in the group?
We keep group size limited to create a personal, focused experience. Typically, there are 10–18 participants.
What happens after the retreat?
You’ll have the option to join the Integration Track (clinical supervision) - the final step toward full certification.
What are the cancellation terms?
In the event of cancellation 30 calendar days before the start of the retreat, a fixed cancellation fee of 10% (excl. VAT) will be charged. In the event of cancellation between 15 and 30 calendar days before the courses starting date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total training fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made between 3 and 14 calendar days before the course starts, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost. If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the starting date, the full amount of the course is due.
